Eligibility Requirements
TFC scholarship applicants must:
• Be classified as a high school graduating senior or equivalent at the time of application.
• Have an active fraternal life insurance certificate in force for at least one year prior to January 1 of the year in which the scholarship is being applied.
• Enter college in the fall term following the announcement of their award.
Application Instructions
• Application: must be completed and signed.
• SAT/ACT Scores. All applicants must submit an official verification of SAT or ACT scores. These scores should be submitted along with a current official high school transcript.
• Applications must be received by March 1, 2011. Late applications will not be accepted. Send completed application and any attachments to:

In 200-300 words, tell about fraternal experiences that have influenced your life and how these experiences have impacted your life or the lives of others.
• Include your signature and the signature of your parent or guardian.
